There are several trading styles in Forex market. Day trading is one of them. Those who engage in day trading are called day traders. By day trading, trade orders opened and closed by the trader are usually executed within 1(one) day. This usually happens within minutes to hours. Open and close orders usually do not carry over to the next day. We can say that day trading is another type of short-term trading. If you don't want to spend a lot of time in front of the computer to trade scalping then day trading is the best choice for you.
When day trading is done correctly, it can be a very profitable business for the trader. Day traders work on their trading strategies and try to take advantage of small price movements to end the day with a profit. Day traders must have strong analytical skills and actively use various indicators and other technical tools. It should also have a strong exit strategy to close the opening orders with the highest profit at the end of the day.
During day trading, even the most experienced day traders can lose money unexpectedly. Ending the day with a loss is not unusual in the stock market. Some trading strategies can be used for profitable transactions. These include trend trading, news based trading, breakout trading and others.
